Self Help Hub

The purpose of the Self Help Hub is to provide you with the information required to resolve your query.

The Solihull Community Advice Hubs encourage the residents of Solihull to Self Help where appropriate. The Solihull Community Advice Hub based on the first floor of The Core (B91 3RG) has its own Self Help function. Volunteers are available to support you when using this function, where appropriate, and are also their to support you to use the equipment. A lot of information and forms are now online and for a lot of people using a computer or making a phone call can be a daunting prospect. Our Volunteers help to make this easier and can even help you to learn a new skill.

To support the Solihull Community Advice Hub Self Help function, this page and subsequent sections have been developed to get you started in resolving your query. However we do understand that more complex issues will need the support of a Hubs Advisor or one of our Specialist Caseworkers or Partners. If you have a complex issue and would like the support of one of our Caseworkers please Contact Us to arrange this.

Each of the sections below will direct you to the relevant help and support you require and will highlight which of our Specialists and Partners can support you. Click on one of the images below to get started. If you would prefer to view this page as a list please click here
