|Welcome Desk Volunteer
We are looking for volunteers to act as the meet and greet for our Community Advice Hubs. As a Welcome Desk Volunteer you will be responsible for signing in partners that work from our hubs, greeting clients who visit our drop in services and dealing with appointments. You will need excellent interpersonal skills and will be provided all relevant training.Volunteering opportunities for this role are available at both of our Hubs.
We are looking for volunteers to work from our office in South Solihull. This role will support the Hub Team and will involve scanning and general office admin functions. You will need good IT skills and be willing to work within a busy office environment. You will be provided with training relevant to the role.
