Living a Healthy Lifestyle is important. This page looks at some of the ways you can become healthier.

Living a healthy lifestyle isn’t just about eating right and getting enough exercise. A healthy lifestyle can be achieved by making small changes to your daily routine such as stopping smoking, looking after your mental wellbeing, drinking more water, reducing stress levels or challenging your mind.

Gateway Family Services were commissioned in April 2019 by Solihull Council to provide a new Healthy Lifestyle Service for Solihull residents who have a Solihull GP. They can help you to:

  • Eat more healthily
  • Manage your weight
  • Reduce stress
  • Be more active
  • Stop or reduce smoking
  • Learn about activities in your area
