The Community Advice Hubs provide high quality Information and Advice to all residents of Solihull and enable access to any services that can meet your individual needs. To find out more about what they do and who they support click on one of the headings below.

The Hub offers two levels of support:
Level 1: Provision of the low level information and advice necessary for you to manage your own needs.
Level 2: Referrals to specialist organisations that provide the services to meet your individual needs.
The second hub is located on the first floor of The Core, Solihull Central Library.
The front line service at Chelmsley Wood is open 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. The Chelmsley Wood Hub closes at 2pm on Wednesdays.
The front line service at The Core is open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. The Core hub closes at 3pm on Wednesdays.
There is no need for an appointment, however there may be busy periods when you may be required to wait or asked to come back for an appointment.
